A suspected drunken driver was arrested after rear-ending a car stopped at a four-way intersection in Novato.
The incident occurred around noon Wednesday at the intersection of Diablo Avenue and Center Road, Novato police Lt. Sasha D’Amico said.
After striking the stopped car, the suspect continued driving down Diablo Avenue and was pulled over at Hill Road. The driver of the struck car complained of minor injuries and declined medical transport.
Hendrik Chicojay Ordonez, 35, of Novato was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence causing injury. His bail was set at $50,000.
