Marin County sheriff’s detectives have arrested a suspected methamphetamine dealer in Mill Valley.
The Specialized Investigative Unit of the sheriff’s department opened a case after receiving reports of someone selling the drug from a recreational vehicle parked on Reed Boulevard in Strawberry. Investigators obtained a search warrant and executed it at the vehicle on Thursday.
Detectives found suspected methamphetamine, ammunition and a makeshift gun, the sheriff’s department said. Investigators booked Darrell Anderson, 60, into the Marin County Jail.
Anderson was released on bail pending a review by the Marin County District Attorney’s Office. He could not be reached for comment Sunday.
